How We Help Our Client's WIN in this market.

Step 1

I always begin with a consultation to educate you on the market, buying process, and give you a tailor-made action plan on how to accomplish your home goals. This can be done via a PROFESSIONAL Zoom Call (same setup as my lives) or In Person.

Step 2

Once you are pre-approved, let's commit to a home showings plan where I will share the same level of enthusiasm as you with homes! Once a home hits the market that you want to see, I will make the time to see it with you as soon as possible. If you like a home, I will research comps and figure out the situation.

Step 3

When it comes time to negotiation and making an offer, we will schedule a offer strategy session with me and break down the situation. You will receive expert guidance from me on how you should make your offer to give you the best chance of winning.

Step 4

After your contract is accepted, my full-time transaction coordinator and I will be handling your file to make sure you receive all the proper disclosures, documents, etc. I will still be involved with negotiations and will help you navigate any potential pitfalls and expertly turn any negatives into positives.

I am good at what I do. My service loses quality when I get too busy. That is not good.

Because of this, I limit my client list to only 4 active clients per month. I give those 4 my undivided attention and energy to make sure they get a great experience. I call these my 4 monthly partnerships because I work my butt off as if I was your partner in your real estate purchase.

UPDATE NOVEMBER 2022: I am fully booked for the remainder of the year and now taking spots for the new year. I have a few spots in January, a bit more in February, and available March-May.
